Never stay at Sodwana bay lodge LOFTS - BBEEE PROJECT

We are reviewing Sodwana bay lodge LOFTS, not the actual lodge. The LOFTS are situated inside the lodge but run independently. They are an absolute dump. They are filthy & everything is broken: - the floor boards - the wall paneling - the sliding door fell off the rail & they didn't fix it the entire 6 days we were there - the geyser fluctuated between very hot & ice cold, so showers we an absolute nightmare - the DSTV didn't work either - no parking area for the car - dustbin wasn't emptied on a daily basis - toilet paper not replenished It's clearly obvious that no maintenance has been done here since they opened these BBEEE chalets.
