Good customer service
Was assisted by a lady named Tshepiso at Samsonite Atterbury. Her customer service was amazing. She helped me carry my luggage to my car, made me feel like family, and wished me well on my next trip

Samsonite Outlet is a ****!
I bought Samsonite items online in December, 2024. On 17Track.net system it shows the parcel as delivered but I have not received anything. I have gone to Post Office in Bryanston and all the PostNets in Bryanston and nothing!

Samsonite wheel repairs
I was given a set of Samsonite 4 wheel luggage as a wedding present. The one cabin size case wheel rubbers were damaged on my overseas trip. I am unable to get replacement wheels as Samsonite say my case is TOO OLD. It is 14 years old. I don't believe that is old for something so expensive! Rather just buy a cheap case from a discount store and bin after 10 years!!!! I am not a happy customer!!

Samsonite wheel repairs

ANGELINE UYS AND TEAM SAMSONITE GET THE GOLD !!!!!
I actually cannot believe this exceptional service from Samsonite and especially Angeline Uys. This is the 2nd instance where I have been incredibly grateful to this company. I am so happy I decided to get all my luggage from Samsonite. Years ago i bought 4 suitcases of varying sizes and because they offer a 10 year warrantee I have absolutely no problems with repairs. I recently went on a trip to Canada that involved 5 different flights to get there and back. On arrival at Canada we noticed that the one large suitcase had a wheel missing due to the airline staff obviously throwing and mishandling the luggage as it was perfect at drop off. I took this suitcase to my nearest dealer who was 2 km from me and they had it sent to the repair shop in Blackheath and then it was repaired and delivered back to my door by courier in a box. In perfect condition again. At no charge. Thanks again to Angie and the whole team at Samsonite. I will never buy another brand ever again.

Poor show Samsonite Tygervalley
Basing my experience on my last visit which was enough to mar my view of the particular branch. Firstly signage is poor, sale signs are misaligned with the actual products on sale. None of the prices post discount being app**** are reflected so you have to do some math or ask the employee. And that was where my issue started as I guess the male employee was peeved by me asking. He then demonstrated pure irriration at every exchange. In the market for a leather weekender bag and more so because there was one significantly reduced, His foul attitude turned me and likely many before me away.

Terrible customer service so far
The second Samsonite bag that has broken with minimal use. This time, after just TWO trips. R5k for a bag that lasts for TWO TRIPS?? Then, when I took it in for a REFUND (it's several months old), the lady at the store says that they "will need to see" and started a narrative to make it seem like it's been tampered with, when it is clearly a design issue. But she realised that wasn't the case after I chatted through it with her; but STILL, she was softening me up for the fact that Samsonite will most likely NOT REFUND but might fix it for me... Two tiny arms on the lock, that snapped off when the bag was going through luggage handling. I immediately noticed it when I collected my bag, and checked to see that nothing was ******. Nothing had been ****** (and I had valuables) so it clearly broke without any nefarious activity. I sincerely hope they actually give decent customer service.

Samsonite Poor Quality Suitcase
I am very disappointed with Samsonite as a product. We bought 3 brand new suitcases from Luggage World Willowbridge, Cape Town, South Africa. Date September 2023, i.e brand new latest design models. We are on our 4th day of holiday and my suitcase lock just did not work with no way of opening the suitcase but ton use force. Even after I had it open the lock was still problematic. And yes the code combination was spot on. After trying for a while pulling on the lever to see if it will give it eventually just broke. What an absolute joke! I am now left to go and buy another suitcase. We have too little time to try and have it fixed in a foreign country. There is simply no point to try and travel with a case that cannot lock. Samsonite you are supposed to offer a premium product. What an absolute disappointment. Poor quality.
