Used indoor lawn product outside

8 years ago, just after my husband past away, this man sold indoor artificial lawn to myself and my neighbor. After 1 summer the plastic began to melt away and the black plastic undercoat was visible. This was only in the areas where there was sun. He kept arguing that I did something to the grass. Even his own sales person agreed that the wrong product was used, unaware that it was actually hís company that had installed it. Miguel Benedito frequently changes the name and logo of his business. Eventually I had to deduct R80k from the sale price of my house to cover the cost of having the product replaced.
