Delayed Payment

Good Day

My Company rendered a service for SANDF Kimberley (Diskobolos).I am still awaiting payment since last year April 2021.I went to their offices numerous times,submitting all the relevant documents more than 10 times. Major Hans the officer in charge for this, has been nothing short of help and showed arrogance.This is draining me emotionally and financially..Can anyone assist me Please
