Today I am writing this review about 3 Mil hospital medical aids account department. The woman namely Mrs Nelson whom are countless times extremely rude to her clients. First things first she puts the phone down in your ear as well while you busy talking she will rudely interrupt you while you are talking. She made opinions which is not professional. We understand if the medical aid does not cover certain people what we don't understand is why didn't they notify us when they will not pay an account. Now we find out the first time that the practitioners lawyer calls us and wants the money we don't have and after we specifically asked is there other docters that you guys are not going to pay and they give us anything but this specific doctor... Mrs Nelson will be the reason for bad publicity to this hospital and SANDF due to her lack of communication and rudeness. Now we have a nifty hospital bill four months later and probably being sued about because of that woman's inability of communication and lack of notification...
