The place is HORRIBLE, dstv was not working, found dry bone in the cabinet, found 2 stains in the bed and was told it's fresh oil, really didn't make sense. When I reported the issue, housekeeping and apartment owner were not answering their phones, then I'm reported at 11pm, which in their opinion was too late. I would not recommend the place to anyone. Cushions were torn, sidelamps were broken Dstv wasn't working, toilet paper was not refilled, it was half empty. Bad place to be. It was a horrible experience.

When I reported the issue, housekeeping and apartment owner were not answering their phones, then I'm reported at 11pm, which in their opinion was too late. I would not recommend the place to anyone. Sandton Skye (UNIT 313) COMPLAINT (DO NOT STAY): The service we received from Sandton Skye was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. Incidents from the time we got there: 1. I had requested something romantic as it was our wedding night, when we arrived at the room nothing was done. 2. The toilet seat was completely broken and when you sat on the toilet, it moved out of place, making it very uncomfortable to utilize the toilet. 3. The bathroom basin was blocked. 4. The central heating system didn't work and the oil heater that was provided was so dirty with grime, and the wheels were broken off. 5. The microwave was missing the glass tray/plate. 6. Pillow cases were torn. 7. The bathtub was so dirty that we couldn't use it after our wedding night. 8. There were live wires that were next to the bed (from the lampshade on the pedestal). Upon inspection, we notified the manager of Unit 313 and received false promises that an alternative room would be provided. She further noted that the room was reserved for us and we would be able to move to the room when we returned to the hotel. However, when it came down to actually swap rooms, we were met with attitude and unprofessionalism and furthermore being screamed at. She accused us of liein as she noted that the cleaners inspected the room and found everything in order. We had asked her to rectify the faults and she noted that it can not be fixed over the weekend. She further noted that we can not get a refund as we wanted to book at another hotel immediately. We then returned to the room and took photos of the faults and went down to the front desk, where the lady told us she's calling Elizabeth and she stated that we were liein and that the photos were taken in the morning. We had proved that the photos were taken in the evening as I took a screenshot of the date/time stamp. These photos were also sent to her of which was, in essence, blatantly ignored. I did not receive a response even after following up with her. I would not recommend anyone staying at this unit managed by a totally unprofessional person. Staff at the building also noted that they have received numerous complaints, which is never attended to. If you are looking for a place to relax after any event or just want to get away, this is definitely not the place to book. I can not express how dissatisfied my new wife and I are after staying at this unit on the night of our wedding. I hope something is done about this as the service was totally unacceptable.

The place was dirty the toilet had a **** smudge on it from the previous visitors. Our initial apartment 707 was switched without them notifying us, they gave us a key card for 1401 only to find that the key card couldnt open the door aparently the door had a problem and they were aware of the problem but still proceeded to give us the key card to the door that isn't working. Because i complained they ended up gi ing us a key card to apartment 108 which did not do us any justice because it was dirty, the freezer had ice that we had to remove ourselves,the aircon was not working. The bathroom sink had smudges from the previous visitors, the bath tub stopper was loose and kept coming out not to mention the tub was also dirty had to clean it prior to taking a bath. Literally we had to clean our living space before anything, except for the toilet bcos i aint toching no ones ****. People hygene is important for a property business u cannot have your tenants living in such a filthy space while we pay. Stop treating people like ****. I mean we arrived at 16:08 but got a room at 16:31. Your stuff must know their place aswell, one stuff member ended up flirting with my husband in my absence. That is unproffessional and i am going to Hello Peter about this.

My little got an injury at this place and the shower door fell on her, the manager apologized and stated they would fix the door. She had to get stitches. I am appalled by this behavior. Please assist.
