Worst experience i have gotten . I did a reservation in November for a pick up in December even paid their 10% immediately. Now they claim they can't find any reservations under my name where else I have a reference number that they also claim they can't find in their system with also proof of deduction. Now when I call I get put on hold and they hung up .
