Taxis fares are still high even though they load 100%

The taxi association in ivory park 2 in tembisa have increased their fares by R5 amid the covid 19 which it was agreed for 70% load. But after Ramaphosa's speech lastnight 12 July 2020 he said that the taxi which are not travelling long distance can load up to 100% which then entail that the fare should not be the same. It has to go back to normal. But that it not the case in a lot of taxi ranks. This is really ****ing us as we rely on them to think for us but they are not.
