Gaint paperweight in my garage
The dealership does not sell good cars, they lie to you constantly, promise they will fix everything on the car and upon delivery, the issues are not resolved. The dealership does no honor the 1 year warranty on finance deals. Im in my 3rd month of ownership and the car is more at the dealerships being repaired then anything else. The owner "Shammy" just wants you to sign a deal and collect the money, acts all innocent and humble but cannot honor his promises. He tells me, if i cancel the deal, he will only look at it next year February which is 3 months away. He tells me that I havent paid anything yet he does not understand that I AM PAYING THE MONTHLY PREMIUMS. Customers give you an income. Remember that!!! If we dont buy, you will not have anything to sell. Please people, save yourselves the stress and buy somewhere else. This is not a good place to start your journey.

Your report does not serve as a true reflection of events. What you have done is create a defamatory report for public consumption as you have done for your other 10 reviews you have made. I understand that we cannot keep every client happy but you have been unreasonable in your requests from day 1. You bought a 2013 VW GTI vehicle with a NEW CAR expectation. It is an impossibility to keep you happy but we have tried. Since your purchase, every breakage or "suspicious" breakage has been repaired with no questions asked. Our current bill sits at R22515.44 and we have all the bills to prove this. It has been to 4 different repairers as you are unhappy with the assessment each time.
The current issue at hand that has left you writing this report is a simple issue of payment for a diagnostic test. We have asked you to bring the vehicle to us for inspection and possible repair and you have declined. We arranged for a tow from your place of work at our cost and you moved the vehicle from there without informing us. You made an appointment with Bosch near your home and asked me to carry the R1800 cost of diagnosis. I agreed to pay 50% as I am not sure what is wrong and even if this is covered by the CPA warranty or you bring it to our repairer and you rejected this with contempt.
Your remarks are in poor taste and highly defamatory and shows an immaturity that I am not surprised with. We have been in business since 2005 and have never turned clients away for reasonable repairs or anything that we are legally obliged to do.
We have referred this matter to our attorneys and they will adjudicate the seriousness of it. We will fight tooth and nail to protect our good name. I am also notifying you of the seriousness of using your employer's resources to engage us as you now make them a co-respondent.
Our offer to diagnose and repair when the vehicle is at our premises still stands as it remains within your rights.

I took the car to a VW specialist at my own cost for piece of mind. I just want to say that they found a water leak off the turbo seal and they found that the fuel filter was not changed when it was last serviced. Thats what caused the misfire situation.
I would like to apologize to you and your dealership and say that I was truely frustrated that I could not drive the car and more embarrassed that I bought a car and I couldnt show it to anyone or go anywhere becuse there was always something concerning happening.
If you dont mind, could you please get the invoices for repairs you had done before I purchased the car and after as I really do need some record of service or maintainance history as I am unable to claim from the policy which is on the car. This was promised to me and its been 3 months that im still waiting.
Once again apologies for the inconvenience and stress I might have caused you and your company.
