Please stay far away from these people!!! WhatsApp nr 082 639 4995. Whiz Tech Solutions!! Our DSTV gave an E48-32 error. We got this installer out to come and see what the problem was. First they said the cables were faulty and had to replace it at R18 a meter. Which we said fine, the cable inside the house is 25m and the R18 x 25m was fine with is. With still no signal they advised they need to change the LNB. They took at the normal ones that you buy at Makro for R600. Fine with is. There after we were advised the dish had to be moved. Which then ment also less cable. The invoice came and to our surprise we got over charged. They argued with us. Billed almost R3000 in labour, because they had to drive up and down because they did not have the correct equipment here. Not our fault, I advised the guy that DSTV already checked and an LNB will be required. Charged for an Optical LNB which cost new R6500, cost by them R2000 the one installed was the normal blue and white LNB which cost R600. Charged 120m of cable, when I queries that he said he put 120m into an house which is only 12m long. He argued that all the old cable he removed was replaced as well, meaning that was cable not connected anywhere it was cable left in the roof by previous owners. Our stand boundary is 35m long, the old connected cable was half of that as we have two decoders. Meaning they had to put 4x our stand boundary of cable in the roof and area that is only 12m. When we refuse to pay and advised they need to remove everything, then a price was negotiated. So how all of a sudden can a price drop happen??? We were still over charged.
