Sauna Zone/SA Sauna Terrible Experience
My experience between SA-Sauna and Sauna Zone has been an absolute nightmare. They are selling the same products with the same contact landing page on their website - so I assume the same business. A few days after purchasing a Sauna, I started getting a funny feeling as they were mostly unresponsive and had no real clue what is going on within their organization. I asked 1 day before the Sauna was meant to arrive if all is still on track and was told it would be delivered the following day. The next day I heard absolutely nothing from them - I had to call multiple times to different people to try and get clarity. A new date was given (1 week later) - I confirmed again, and AGAIN the sauna was not delivered as promised. At this point I had honestly thought I had been scammed - so much so that I launched an investigation through google, google maps and logistic companies they have listed on their sites to see if they really even exist. I even went to the location they listed on their site to see if the business was actually even there. I finally got through to a company they use at their distribution warehouse and the lady there, whom doesn't work for SA Sauna helped me track down the sauna. She had told me she is at the end of plenty verbal assault as the clients usually think it is them that sell the products listed on they soley transport and supply warehousing for SA Sauna/Sauna Zone. She followed up with me multiple times to let me know when I can expect the Sauna. Nothing from SA Sauna or Sauna Zone directly. I unboxed and installed the sauna over the weekend and it has a hole in the one panel and the screen looks like it a 2nd hand screen in the sauna itself. I sent messages to them and of course havent heard anything back from them. I did use the sauna and seems to be working okay but extremely worried about after sale support now.

No service at all
I ordered a sauna from Saunazone in October 2015. I immediately paid the full amount to ensure a speedy installation. What a mistake!!! The installation was postponed several times due to no stock.....I was ensured that they have sufficient stock when I ordered, After several months they said that they can install a much bigger sauna than what I ordered but then we share the additional cost. I received a number of different costings and I end up paying to much. I have been struggling for the past 2 months to recover the additional money I paid. After numerous requests I threatened to sue them and I was actually threatened by the Sales person, Dominique, that they will take legal action against me. I have never experienced such unprofessional service and behaviour, it is quite shocking.

timber delaminating, staining, electrics faulty
installation happened without correct handover, no booklets or electrical compliance certificate<br> the timber is delaminating and only a veneer<br> the sales team is unfriendly and hostile<br> no aftersales service whatsoever, payment required upront<br> beware, beware
