Fraudsters

Good Afternoon<br> <br> I will not write a long story because I have just realised that these attorneys will not respond. I got married in May 2015. I appointed these fraudsters to do our ANC registration. They took my money in full and I am still waiting. I have been following up with email without any response. I have tried to call them the number does not exit anymore. I decided to take the initiative to call the entity that should be sorting these attorney out, the law society. The attorneys are on the roll of attorneys but they have no fidelity fund certificate meaning that the law Society can not even re-emburse the us who were scammed. Our only option now is to sue for the monies paid and for damages ,God knows these people are not even worth a cent. Changing a marriage regime is time consuming and costly as it has to be done through the courts now. I am very disappointed as I am an attorney myself and these attorneys are giving all attorneys a very bad name. If I was practicing I could have done this myself.
