Saunderson Attorneys were appointed to provide and submit to the deeds office an ante-nuptial contract. After constant follow up and getting no reply from the ever so wonderful Melissa/Bradley Saunderson it turns out that the ante-nuptial contract is not in fact registered at the deeds office although their services were paid for. As a result of their failure to lodge the contract at the deeds office, my husband and I are married in community of property which is not what we wanted. To have this resolved we either have to get divorced and remarried (cost approx. R10 000.00) or petition the high court (cost approx. R20 000.00 to R25 000.00). Either way we now need to fix this mess and it is going to cost a pretty penny.

JUST DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS!!! They are going to cost you more money than they are worth. Please don't be caught out like we were.
