I ordered a bag on 27 May. No response. Money taken from my credit card. The bank asked if it was legitimate. Knowing what I know now, I should have cancelled the deal. After sending 5 emails I have an order number and a tracking number. The tracking number and pla ce to use it do not work. I would never recommend this company to anyone. It is the very worst online shipping experience I have ever had. I wanted a bag to take on holiday. 12 days later No proper info about date of shipment, how long shipping takes etc. I leave in 2 we e js and at the last minute will have to look for another bag. Totally disgusted with the inefficiency and inability to send clear, business like documentation and communication.
