Terrible service
Terrible service from the teller and the cleaner who was busy cleaning and drying while we were on on the till and the teller was encouraging her

Save Orion race
save had the Orion race few weeks back myself and my Dad filled in forms my dad got his race number on Friday 2 days before the race I didn't receive any race number for myself phoned the the on the race form was told they can not help me I must go on Saturday to the pick up point there will be people there that will be able to assist me got there on Saturday after work around 14 00 had to wait for almost 45 minutes to get someone to assist me as there were 100s of other people who also paid their R260 but did not receive their race number eventually got someone to assist me and was told I'm not registered on their system after showing proof of payment for the race I was told to go to another and he will sort out the problem after waiting another 20 plus minutes the guy gives me my envelope with race number by then all race t shirts was finished. I paid R260 but did not receive my Orion t shirt and a temporary license and iwas not registered on their system so I could not get a finish time paid R260 but only got half of what I paid for. #blackfriday

Bad service
I was grabbed and pushed by your security at the door and called (msunu) because i was talking to another customer that seems like today isnt my day since i saw she was talking long with her check which i also politely asked if there a problem and was told to go to Spar which to me meant i must not come to your store after the whole encounter i asked if i could pass and she just stood there and i forced my way out and she grabbed and push me is this the kind of treatment we should be getting in store as customers?? Well as the lady said i wont be coming to your store

False advertising
I purchased a Samsung tumble dryer under the pretence that I would receive vouchers to the value of R4k … I registered through Samsung and was told I would receive my vouchers in 14 business days - it’s now going onto over a month and when I contacted Samsung they told me they cannot tell me when I will receive the vouchers. I contacted Save but still have had no feedback! Completely False advertising!
