Very disappointed and unhappy

Wow not even sure where to start but very disappointed after getting more then 10 calls a day from save the nation legal association promise to help you get your name removed from debt review gave me 3 option to pay in 3 installments or 2 or just ones off that I preferred because I just wanted to get it over and done with but after making the full payment last year December I haven't heard anything from them them that 10 calls went to 0 calls I've tried to get hold of them but couldn't so I use the reference from my bank of the debit order that went of under DC partner that said they can't help me I have to contact the association directly gave me contact numbers that doesn't work so I called back and they said if I can't get hold of the association I should call the NCR they will be able to assist me tried sending them emails tried calling them no luck of assistance I'm still trying everyday to call them but no luck of getting assistance from the company that promised me my name will get removed in 21 to 90 days 6 months later no help from the company that debited the amount no help from the NCR all I want is for them to remove my name like they promised or just refund me back my money any help or advice will be highly appreciated.
