A cashier named Maria assisted me on the 10th of March. The service I received from ausi was unacceptable. Starting with telling me to speak quickly because she was in a hurry, and ending with her vaguely giving me information about the rewards book. She didn't seem interested in assisting me at all.

I Am at one store in Pretoria called Saverite supermarket, I took a product that was marked R158.90 and when they scanned it it was R178.00. When I enquired the guys were super rude and they said they'll call a manager and I've to wait for the whole hour for the manager to arrive and and a white lady came and did help and the African guy also came and said my things should be canceled as I am causing a scene. I know my customer rights and the store is not practicing that at all as they don't even know how to talk to customers. The store is at Bosman Street. The Indial guy who seems like a manager came in and he was not helpful at all. If I was a white customer, was the same treatment going to happen or is it happening to me because I am an African. Very disappointed with the treatment that I received from the store as I ended up not buying anything as my whole order was canceled and was told that they don't care if I buy or not and they don't give a ****. Concerned customer

You need a better manager than that arrogant muslim woman who talks to customers as though she's jumping off a tree. You sell spoilt food & at the end of the day say your supplier won't take it back hence your not accepting it back. That's rubbish, you don't give handouts,we buy with our hard earned money. I bought mealies on Friday the 13th of Jan & on complaining to your stupid manager she tells me I brought the mealies nolonger in the state I bought it coz it nolonger had the cobs...what bull**** is that??? Your priorities are misplaced ,you lay importance on the cobs instead of on your not fit for consumption mealies. The National Consumer Council needs to be alerted about your poor services & more so your fly infested food section. You making the public eat food with bacteria yet you have a big mouth coz you are a do called manager. Stupid woman!

Saverite Warrenton When I entered into the shop I'm passing the white guy standing with the white lady, I had covered my nose and mouth with my top that overlaps on the neck. The guy who was standing with that lady said to me that I should put on my mask, and I told him that my nose and my mouth is covered he shouldn't worry about me, rather he should be telling the person that he was standing with. He said that the law said that we should put on the mask, I asked him what about the person he was standing with? He responded to me that he the lady was working there and I asked him if the law was not including their colleagues and left the shop simply because the treatment was not tolerable. I will never set my foot on that shop again, I don't have time for ****en racists.

I have purchased 3 trays of pastry ( Pastry delights)from Saverite and all 3 were spoilt and had a really awful smell. After a tedious process of completing the filling,I found that I could not use it. I emailed Pastry delights on the 10/08/2021 with a quick response the following day explaining that as per the company policy they do not return any items and that it was the stores onus to store the pastry at the specific temperature indicated which was clearly not done at Saverite,I then emailed Saverite on the 20/08/2021 at 15:12 and till date (14/09/2021) I have had no response . This is absolutely disappointing and disgusting as it definitely shows that Saverite does not set precedence to their customers but rather sell spoilt items as I personally think they were aware of this since they marked this as a special on their advert on Instagram. Due to the pandemic occurring I would think that people would be more considerate and helpful but I will never shop at Saverite due to their poor conduct of service.

The family always enjoy shopping at Saverite supermarket because of the affordable prices of all their products including the fresh produce. They have weekly specials as well, which means you make even bigger savings on regular items, which is a bonus. They also provide a great variety of items from a number of brands and this is complimented with a enjoyable shopping experience.
