Saxton takes the money and not deliver

I bought garden furniture in November 2023 paid in full. It is mid January 2024 and still not delivery. They said they have a challenge with their delivery contractor. I offered contact details of an alternative delivery company, but they have since gone off the grid. Their phone is off and their WhatsApp is incognito.
