Absolutely shocking service. I placed an order on 05 September 2023 and have still not received my order after sending POP on the same day, providing artwork on 07 September 2023 after sending more than 6 emails to follow up on where my order is. Janelle said the parcel had been lost and then it had been found but I still do not have the order. Janelle does not answer WhatsApp's and seems to be ignoring the emails now. I think it is a ****. I will never recommend this business to anyone.

This is an absolute ****! Placed an order on May 14,2023. They sent through email saying received order with order number and everything. Sent through the proof of payment and the “designer” got in touch with us and everything. Then complete silence. A few months later we received an email with the delivery number, we sent an email enquiring about this - no response. To this day, we have not received what we ordered or ANY type of correspondence from them. I hope these people know what goes around, comes around. I’m sure the people who do write good reviews are just made up so that they don’t just have terrible reviews.

I would like to share my experience with Say it creatively - online gift shop! I placed an order for my wedding anniversary gift, on the 29th of November 2022. I followed their order instructions as per their website and ordered the Personalized Photo Block (Order 10682) and sent proof of payment (Amount paid incl delivery fee - R325) through to the email address as indicated by the instructions! That was on the 29th of November 2022 - Janelle confirmed as received and advised me that one of their designers will contact me shortly. I have asked on the 2nd of December 2022 if I could change the photo, which Janelle okayed and I resent a new pic on the 5th of December 2022. Janelle replied with confirmation of receiving it. Since then I have not received the item / photo block (order 10682). Which I requested to be refunded as the anniversary was in Dec 2022 and it's now January 2023. I sent Janelle my banking details and I am now so frustrated, I feel I was SCAMMED by this company! There has never been an apology, an excuse for the delay or any explanation as to what's going ON and why I am not receiving service from them - only when I enquire, Janelle will respond. SCAM!!! I ordered and paid on the website in October 2022. I have not received any product and now they will not respond to my emails and phone calls. Please do not trust them

SCAM. You will order, the person will ask you for details on the requirements of the particular items. This is after you've paid. Then you just don't ever receive it. Communications get ignored. This is the second "business" that scammed me this year. Both are in Krugersdorp. Do not do business with businesses in Krugersdorp. They have very professional looking websites and product catalogues. So they at least do a bit of effort to scam you.

I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order... A month after placing my order, I'm still left empty handed. No teacher gifts to hand out today. This was the worst experience ever...telephone lines not working, email communication almost non- existent. Very swift to take payment, delivery fees included. Daylight robbery indeed- never thought I'd fell victim...

If I could I would rate them 0 I placed a order and paid, got a email saying there "designer" will get in touch with me, they never did I had to reach out myself and send a email. After about 3 weeks they came back to me saying everything is set and I will receive my order within a week. 2 weeks passed and I didn't even get a email back, I called multiple times with no answer I send emails with no answer then 3 weeks in I received a email saying it's on its way, it didn't arrive on the date they said it would(3 days later) so I send another email and proceeded to wait another 2 days for a reply when finally they said I should send my address AGAIN afterwards I waited another 4 days for the order to be delivered. Don't waste your money here it's poor customer service and a waste of time, they wil never see me again. Please note this is a review after a year of purchase because I saw some reviewers being threatened with lawsuits and forced to take refunds to remove their reviewers which I do not want or need I just want to expose these useless scammers!
