disgusted. lost my hard earned money
Just a word of warning. Please do not order perfumes/fragrances through: Scentduction/Scentiago or SA Fragrances. I placed an order for Christmas gifts amounting to just over R4 000. Initially I received a response that they would check with Fastway. I asked for the tracking number & to date nothing further. Scentiago perfume is scamming their customers
I bought several perfumes on the website on 9 November 2021. They advised the following day that 2 of the perfumes ordered were sold out and that they would refund the R1000.00 but it would take 7 days. They wanted my banking details. After several requests they only refunded R500.00 the other R500.00 is still to date 24 May 2022 outstanding. I have sent numerous emails, multiple watsapps to the same number they have contactiled me from before and tried phoning endless times. They are scammers and they still send promotional emails and watsapps.

Terrible Service
Been 1 month since i order and I am still waiting for delivery. they dont respond to emails or whatsapp. terrible service.

Pathetic service Scentiago perfume
Pathetic service!! Haven't heard anything from them. Would not recommend anyone to buy from them

Scentiego perfumes/Fragrances dont deliver after payment
Bad service, i ordered 2 perfumes and sent them my order number after paying via whatsapp and email. They blocked me after doing a follow up on my order number 9832. They scammed me my money . People must be careful not to buy there. They use fragrances link

Don't deliver and never responds to messages
I placed on order online 2 weeks ago, still no response and they are ignoring my WhatsApp messages (as this is the only way to get in touch with them). I am disappointed.

Don't EVER order perfume from them. They sent me the wrong perfume, the box was soaked with perfume, the bottle was leaking. I've sent them a million whatsapp's and emails with a proof of the perfume I ordered and also a photo from the perfume I received. They ignore me TOTALLY!! They don't respond on any communication level I'M VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED. PATHETIC service. Don't every buy from them. I even told them I'm going to leave a review on hello Peter and that didn't even bother them.

Shocking service!!
Initially service was good.. Once I received the incorrect product I can't get hold of them, and they don't reply to my emails, whatsapp or Facebook requests. I'm really disappointed in them😞. I see they read my whatsapp messages but choose to ignore me.. sad that this is how businesses operate these days...
