No Forthcoming Updates

It's with great disappointment that I cannot refer anyone to Schindler's Attorneys. They were the transferring attorneys of the property I purchased. This purchase took place March 2020 and it wasn't sorted out until April 2021. I struggled to get forthcoming updates out of them throughout the 13 month period. Just recently I requested the Electrical Compliance Certificate as I was informed by insurance company the COC is not compliant. I was told my COC is in the file by the Schindler's representative that was handling my business with them. I was told it would be forwarded to me straight away, this was 3 months ago. And I have received no feedback as why I have not received my COC. Schindler's have in my opinion dragged their own names' through the mud!!
