Poor customer Service!!

Absolutely appalled by the service received post registration of our property. Its been 9 weeks since our property registered and they still have not sent us the relevant letters of confirmation and/or deeds office searches so we can go to the COJ to open up new muncipal accounts. How long does such a process take? From experience packs should be sent on day of registration! Thank heavens COJ hasn't cut our power or water. So quick to speed up the process and assist until registration and payments are received! Disgusted at this poor customer service!! Can't even answer a phone call from us!
