Employee Terrible Experience and Service

A guy named Francois doesnt send any feedback for a quote, we called and called, just goes to voicemail. Eventually 3 weeks later, we call again, he still doesnt pick up the phone.

I get an SMS that he won't be giving us a quote.

I asked him why?

He responded, that he didn't like my tone when I asked him why the quote was taking so long.

He is extremely unprofessional, and I wouldn't use their services at all.
