Criminals in the Chemistry world - Esmé at Scienceworld

I dealt with Esmé in August 2020 and I am still waiting on my chemical product - I am also not receiving my R25000 back that I paid for this. Her excuse the whole time is that the money is not there and I will receive it when they have it. I am under the impression that this company is using the next client that pays' money to buy products for the previous client. In normal terms we call this a PYRAMID SCHEME. DO NOT SUPPORT OR USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE CRIMINALS AND I AM NOT GETTING ANY FEEDBACK REGARDING MY PURCHASE OR MONEY.
