SCREED FLOORING SA: RUN FROM THEM!!!SUBSTANDARD WORK AND DONT HONOUR WARRANTY
if i could give them -10 I would. Installed screed flooring last year; it has not just lifted in several but broken up completely in one area; so now i have a pothole in my entrance hall. They said they would send someone over who took for ever to come; assessed and said it would have to be redone and he will call to schedule. He has not; all attempts to get him or the company to attend to it are met with either empty promises or simply ignoring me. They appear to have one individual who they contract with and he is incredibly unreliable at best and absent at worst. Company either refers me to him or ignores me. PLEASE NEVER USE THIS COMPANY EVER!! THEY QUOTE GREAT PROCES, DO SUBSTABDARD SERVICE AND DONT HONOUR THEIE WARRANTIES.

DISASTER
I would not recommend their services due to poor workmanship, lack of accountability and prioritising the client. They will happily take your hard-earned money and leave you with poor and incomplete work ie patches of touch-ups, anxiety, stress and financial drain. After sales service is also lacking. We eventually contracted another company for assistance as they have a backlog, and we were added onto the list to complete the touch-ups when the job was paid in full nearly a month ago.

I would not recommend their services due to poor workmanship, lack of accountability and prioritising the client. They will happily take your hard-earned money and leave you with poor and incomplete work ie patches of touch-ups, anxiety, stress and financial drain. After sales service is also lacking. We eventually contracted another company for assistance as they have a backlog, and we were added onto the list to complete the touch-ups when the job was paid in full nearly a month ago.

RUN....DO NOT USE
Do not use, ran as fast as you can in the opposite direction. This is the most unprofessional and *********** company on the planet. They will happily take your hard earned money and leave you with incomplete work. Quick to throw the T&C in your face when they are at fault. Work started in Sep and it's Nov already and they still haven't completed touchups due to poor workmanship. Appointments are not kept and they have a total disregard for client time. No after sales service. During this entire period was there no site inspection. We are left with patches throughout the house and eventually contracted another company for assistance. They expect us to wait while they clear a backlog of clients yet we paid them in full nearly 4 weeks ago. This was a very expensive lesson and left us with nothing but grief. Money definitely not well spent. All they gave us was stress, anxiety and financial drain. They have ghosted us and only after threatening legal action have they eventually responded with nothing of meaning other than pointing out there terms and conditions followed by a bunch of blame and no accountability. Never in a trillion years would we ever allow them to perform any work for us again. We even have voice notes where they promised to complete the touchups but that never ever transpired. Save yourself lots of headaches and don't contract this company. Please be warned. They also round up meterage by 5 square meters and they don't inform you the amount excludes labour until after you accept the estimate. So please be warned as they cannot continue to rip people off like this....it's beyond disgusting

Do not use! Poor workmanship, lack of accountability, rude and terrible response rate. Read the small print on Terms and Conditions. ScreedflooringSA is not responsible for any poor workmanship, delays, colour or texture, Not responsible if repairs are terrible. Only point of contact is Anke Adriaanse, who does not respond unless threatened with legal action. Extremely rude with a "not my problem" attitude. Will not give out any other contact details. Site manager never seen. over 3 weeks to complete, repairs done 3 times and literally covered over, patches everywhere. Even their driver was doing repairs unqualified and asked for money to make a nice job! Mess and product all up the walls, not a straight line in sight. Pictures available. Waste of R50,000.00 plus R15,000.00 accommodation Terms and conditions = NOT RESPONSIBLE Avoid at all costs

Complete disaster, defective product, poor workmanship and no accountability.
<div>We hired ScreedFlooring SA in December to screed 2 x outdoor patios and our foyer. Within a month the screed was cracking and chipping. The subcontractor blamed the product from Nucote. The subcontractor came back months later to redo the job. We asked them to stop halfway through as second application didn't look right. We had to arrange for a sight visit from NuCote, they put all the blame on poor workmanship. However multiple contractors we have called in since have confirmed issues with NuCotes products and poor workmanship from ScreedFlooring SA contractor. Screedflooring has shifted responsibility to their subcontractor. Their response to multiple WhatsApp messages and emails has been apathetic, with no sense of urgency or definitive action taken to assist us in fixing our floors. We are laying a forml complaint with the ombudsman and taking legal action against ScreedFlooring SA. If only we could post picture of our floors in this review.</div>

Be very careful
Screeding flooring SA contacted Hellopeter to have my review made undone. I had to provide Hellopeter with all the evidence that my review is 100% correct about their poor workmanship. So i can confirm that they are not to be recommended, as i gave them another opportunity to correct their poor screeding,but they refuse to get in contact. Never agree to their 100% payment policy upfront as we kept a 5% retention fee and they still refused to come back-i believe you have no chance of getting them back once they have all your money . Be very careful.

Screeding flooring SA contacted Hellopeter to have my review made undone. I had to provide Hellopeter with all the evidence that my review is 100% correct about their poor workmanship. So i can confirm that they are not to be recommended, as i gave them another opportunity to correct their poor screeding,but they refuse to get in contact. Never agree to their 100% payment policy upfront as we kept a 5% retention fee and they still refused to come back-i believe you have no chance of getting them back once they have all your money . Be very careful.
