SCREED FLOORING SA: RUN FROM THEM!!!SUBSTANDARD WORK AND DONT HONOUR WARRANTY
if i could give them -10 I would. Installed screed flooring last year; it has not just lifted in several but broken up completely in one area; so now i have a pothole in my entrance hall. They said they would send someone over who took for ever to come; assessed and said it would have to be redone and he will call to schedule. He has not; all attempts to get him or the company to attend to it are met with either empty promises or simply ignoring me. They appear to have one individual who they contract with and he is incredibly unreliable at best and absent at worst. Company either refers me to him or ignores me. PLEASE NEVER USE THIS COMPANY EVER!! THEY QUOTE GREAT PROCES, DO SUBSTABDARD SERVICE AND DONT HONOUR THEIE WARRANTIES.

DISASTER
I would not recommend their services due to poor workmanship, lack of accountability and prioritising the client. They will happily take your hard-earned money and leave you with poor and incomplete work ie patches of touch-ups, anxiety, stress and financial drain. After sales service is also lacking. We eventually contracted another company for assistance as they have a backlog, and we were added onto the list to complete the touch-ups when the job was paid in full nearly a month ago.

Complete disaster, defective product, poor workmanship and no accountability.
<div>We hired ScreedFlooring SA in December to screed 2 x outdoor patios and our foyer. Within a month the screed was cracking and chipping. The subcontractor blamed the product from Nucote. The subcontractor came back months later to redo the job. We asked them to stop halfway through as second application didn't look right. We had to arrange for a sight visit from NuCote, they put all the blame on poor workmanship. However multiple contractors we have called in since have confirmed issues with NuCotes products and poor workmanship from ScreedFlooring SA contractor. Screedflooring has shifted responsibility to their subcontractor. Their response to multiple WhatsApp messages and emails has been apathetic, with no sense of urgency or definitive action taken to assist us in fixing our floors. We are laying a forml complaint with the ombudsman and taking legal action against ScreedFlooring SA. If only we could post picture of our floors in this review.</div>

Be careful
We used Screed flooring SA to screed 4 of our holiday chalets.They very reluctantly agreed to a 5% retention fee ,which is the norm in the building trade, payable after both parties are happy with the work carried out. Unfortunately was there a few issues after they completed the work, but to mention a few 1)cracks starting to form,2)animal hairs mixed into the screed and now some of the screeding starting to lift after only 2 months. Up to date they have flatly refused to send anybody out, including the owner Rudi to investigate our issues with the above.
