Bad, unresponsive service

Do not use them. Had a leak, paid 900 for weekend call out, 650 for them Telling me i need silicone and have no other problem. Then after a huge leak, they came back and said it was the mixer and said they would have it Monday, then Wednesday then they became u responsive pretty much and after a weekend away we had our whole floor underneath covered in water. When this happened and we told them they told us to get a leak detector company LOL!

Then we contact Trojan plumbing and they came, checked the geyser , found where to turn off water, detected also that it was mixer, found the mixer, scheduled to come back next day and charge us for only one hour of work, one call out fee and allow us to pay there when final work is being done.

Will never use sea point plumbers again. Spent 1550 for nothing with them and spending 1350 with Trojan. For final work. Basically threw 1550 in the trash.
