Regarding Jardim do Mar and Sea Side Stays I recently booked Jardim Do Mar under the Sea Side Stays Agency Ive had the most terrible experience, this woman is a con artist, she says one thing on a call and then twists her words to scam you for money. I made a booking in full, in advance, Anneke told me to pay in full to secure the booking and to send forms later. I paid in full, sent forms later on and Anneke said she cannot cater for our capacity and has to cancel. This was on a phone call. She then messages me and tells me that she is going to charge us extra or withhold 25% if WE chose to cancel. A few minutes later, she tells me that she has to withhold 50%. I tried to reason with her but her responses were stubborn and rude and eventually she told me that the conversation is over. She also said that she has turned many people away and this is nothing to her. How many people will she continue to mess over?? Seaside stays are a cruel, scam agency. Do not use them. They will rob you of your hard earned money. I have told her that 25% is okay, as I would have to find a new place. She dismissed me and is now sitting with our hard earned money as her Christmas bonus. She went on to tell me that if she gets other clients to take the place, she will refund me 25%. She has gotten other clients to stay but I havent recieved anything. As a human being, this woman should have refunded atleast 75% knowing that life is hard enough as it is then to be *****ed over. Do not use this place, she is a racist, she first wants to know nationality before she even accepts a booking, secondly she will find ways to scam you for your money. She needs to refund me 75%, she can keep 25% but she cannot sit like this with all my money. Jardim Do Mar and Sea Side stays are scam artists.
