Worlds worst dentist

My wife and I went in to see Dr M Naidoo to fill a whole. All he wanted to do was to clean. When my wife went in he said that her tooth can not be fixed and needs to be expected. He then proceeded. Never gave her any antibiotics or even closed the hole. Just sent her with a letter. Letter stated that it will be painful for 1-2 week. After a week of intense pain she decided to go to another dentist. Asking them to email me the statement and the x-ray they have continues excuses to why I can't get it. Only way is to come in and take a picture of it with my phone. Turns out she's got a septic pocket in her mouth and infection in the bone.
