Excellent service
Just went to visit Seagull head office and met with the friendliest receptionist and very helpful service for my OZtrail tent. Tent was out of warranty, but they made a plan to assist me. Highly recommended!

Excellent service

Bestway Pool
I will never in my life support them again, after receiving a replacement from them for a defect, I set up the new pool, it was still busy filling up got half way due to loadshedding the next morning I woke up to half the water missing, I sent them photo and now get told it is rejected, the kids have not even set foot in the pool, one can see it is not a sharp object that had made the damage but they say it was, and that the ground is uneven 🤣 but they have not even been to my place to see the ground nor the damage.

Waste of money
No interest in addressing issues with really expensive items that break after 3 days and no interest in resolving the queries. Don't buy their badly made items, they simply do NOT honour their guarantees.

Excellent Service from Terence Chabikwa , Seagull Industries , Cape Town
I purchased a Garden Pavilion on line via Loots which is a product of Seagull Industries , Cape Town and the item was delivered correctly on time etc .I assembled and it looked really beautiful however I had a stroke a bad luck . About 2 weeks after it was assembled , there was a vicious wind storm and I was not at home at the time . Upon my return I found the pavilion lying on its side and 2 poles and 2 support bars were broken off during the storm. I then sent a mail to Mr Terence Chabikwa of Seagull Industries in Cape Town rather that to Loots ZA explaining what had happened and requested prices to buy replacement poles and bars . This Gentleman was so kind that he replaced the damaged items FREE OF CHARGE which he didn't have to as it was no fault or defect of the product and I only paid the courier costs from Cape Town . This is what I call EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE , walking the extra mile to pleeze a customer . Thanks once again Terence , keep up this excellent attitude .

Excellent after sales service
Great service. Bought a trampoline on Takealot and after 2 years needed spares. Takealot were not able to assist but I dealt directly with Seagull Industries the importers of Seagull trampolines. Within 7 days received by replacement parts. Excellent service by Terence and the team.

Excellent after sales service
Great service. Bought a trampoline on Takealot and after 2 years needed spares. Takealot were not able to assist but I dealt directly with Seagull Industries the importers of Seagull trampolines. Within 7 days received by replacement parts. Excellent service by Terence and the team.

VERY DISSAPOINTED in the Afritrail Wildebeest Camping Chairs
VERY DISSAPOINTED IN THESE PRODUCTS. On the Afritrail Wildebeest Camping Chairs, the material on the chair is literally falling apart, just after one Camp. The supplier was helpful enough to replace my two chairs with new ones (this was in December 2020). After one camp they did exactly the same thing. They are two month old and we can not even sit on them anymore, The material is far below sub standard quality, and I need to add that I am far from 150kg.
