Incompetency

They started by giving me a Zungu surname,called them and updated my surname then the ff Monday app**** for leave provision money i did not get it coz i was told my surname on the application does not suit one on the payslip which means my details were still not updated.Was supposed to get the money yesterday and am told the date on the form was for last week n am the one who is calling them they dont bother calling me.Now i have to wait for NEXT monday to get tht money.Very upsetting coz i neede tht money as in sooner.
