Google review summary 3.8 1,906 reviews 5 ★ 4 ★ 3 ★ 2 ★ 1 ★ Reviews on other travel sites Trip.com 3.5/5 · 15 reviews Reviews Search reviews Fikile Mtetwa 1/5 just now on Google I've never experienced such a horrible stay in my entire life checked in here at 4pm got to my room some things broken some furniture missing nearly fell trying to sit on an ottoman bar fridge not working sliding door not opening to sit at the patio such an inconvenience had to run around to get drinks when I could use the sliding door tv was not switching on called reception for maintenance but waited until 8pm with still no help had to drive now to reception because when I tried to call them again no answer got there still no luck of help eventually they sent a guy who still couldn't fix these issues the gentleman called reception to notify them of this disaster that me and my husband were facing but with hardly no emergency said they waiting for Melisa to take a decision now it's about 9pm still no help Melisa comes to my room to just offer me bags of ice for all this mess even they towels brown not white they don't even have base covers disappointing don't ever waste your time and come her

I booked for Feb 2023 thought Holiday Club. Only looked at reviews afterwards. All poor reviews until the past week. Holiday Club advise that it might improve but so far just getting worse. I am taking guest with in Feb. Will see how does it goes Who is the manager at this resort that it has deteriorate so much. Who sleeps in the units to infect the beds with bedbugs.

Admin and customer service are so poor. Trying to make a booking at the Spa is an absolute nightmare. Phonecalls not returned. When you finally get an invoice demanding payment within 24 hours then the day, times and treatment details are wrong. Trying to get the invoice corrected is clearly asking way too much. Have had 2 incorrect invoices. After a week of back and forth I have cancelled my booking - just cant risk it. I cant believe how customers are simply ignored.

Can't get anyone to return our phonecalls, no contact email. The reviews on this resort on their page, booking.com & others are shocking. Bed bugs, dirty bathrooms, stained sheets & the list goes on. No-one bothers to answer anything on their website page which is disgusting.
