I will like them to give me my money back cos my kids are not safe on that bus the owner if that bus must take action cos clearly he/she doesn't see anything wrong about

My kids 4 are traveling today in season star bus from Newcastle to Johannesburg and they called me and told me they are standing on the bus and they paid full price ,what kind of a traveling agency it is to make people stand for quite a very long distance and even the covid requirements are not followed on that bus people are traveling like Animals
