DO NOT USE SECTIONAL TITLE SPECIALISTS IN BOKSBURG!!!!
SECTIONAL TITLE SPECIALISTS IN BOKSBURG ARE NO SPECIALISTS DO NOT USE SECTIONAL TITLE SPECIALISTS IN BOKSBURG!!!! Sectional title specialists are managing agents at a complex I have a unit in, they completely missed the ball many times. They get the statements wrong 6 times a year. They never help with maintenance issues and at the AGM's push for upward of 15% increases on levies every year so they can get paid more. They also let no one close to the trustees of the complex to highlight their inadequacies. Hiding there contact details and never letting the trustees know the true nature of every situation. They levy penalties on levy accounts as they see fit. They also give the buying of electricity to a company they have control of to make more money. Their online portal they sell to the complex never works and if they say it works they don't give anyone access. Its been years of misery dealing with this business. I do not wish it on anyone. BE WARNED!!!
