I hope this story gets go the right hands, ..
So my brother and I were walking Saturday 12th October after work towards home n we decided we pass bottle store he got himself a castle lite n redbull for me in the JHB CBD Absa towers main and Troy street. As soon as we stepped out the bottle store "The crime prevention wardens" they stepped out of the car immediately cuffed my brother saying he should get in the car when we asked why they said "Sise msebenzini thina" Then I decided to jump with him in the car not the driver came to the door n pulled me out threw me on the pavement 😐. Now my only question was that "if buying alcohol is wrong why don't Dy just close bottle stores" because now the beer was literally still closed? Then I was told ngine attitude!
Then they left with my brother about an hour or two I kept communicating with him on a call in the background I kept hearing the very same driver that pulled me out the car saying "siku bophela lo sis wakho o ne attitude"
In the next hour the crime prevention stupid guys demanded a R300 ewallet from my brother worse part even accompanied him to a FNB near carlton center to withdraw it, how desparate are they?
Government what are you paying your employees for? Create crime? Or prevent crime?
I'll Follow with the ewallet screenshot! Sadly I couldn't get their names but I took a picture of the car incase the drivers change per shifts the time was around 14h09(Saturday 12th October ) and it was 3 of them in the car!
I honestly hope this gets to the right hands n make me understand why was my brother cuffed n asked money? For buying alcohol?
