I signed up with this company recently, and the first debit order is due in December 2022. They went ahead and debited my account, and they are refusing to pay me back; they are telling me that they will give me a credit note. I don't want a credit note. They are not a bank. I called their office several times, and to date, no communication from them.

Please do not waste your time with these frauds !!! ended our contract and they kept on debiting our account and then after we reversed the unauthorized debits they waited 2 months and put through a triple payment . We got into contact with Carmen and Eric who promised to sort it out , Carmen then proceeded to block us on whats app and apparently their office lines are having major issues. PLEASE BE AWARE we finally got assisted by FNB directly as they understood this is NOT legal to just debit funds from an account i hope i can warn enough people about this !!!

Please, please do not use this company. I live in Brystanston and there have been several incidences of their newly installed OTP keypads "not working" and terrible break-ins occurring. They also promise to patrol areas by the Braamfontein Spruit, however, they don't and this is where a lot of robberies happen, making no sense. There have been multiple people who have linked their robberies to the security guards, just read the other review of Securezza and there have even been witnesses! Morne and Eric are despicable when things go wrong, they turn a blind eye. Securezza is not a security company, they will take your money and leave you when you and your family are in the most vulnerable position possible.

We stay in a security village with rules and regulations and they do not assist in controlling the noise.

Our company had been with Orion Security before and then in October 2019 our contract was taken over by Securezza. We did not know that Securezza was the new security company who took over our existing contract at first. When we had issues, I learnt that I need to contact Securezza’ s owner - Eric. Eric came to see me, and we agreed that we will carry on with the contract we had with Orion on the same terms as we had with Orion which was a month to contract on that stage. We then agreed to this. In December our company had our annual shutdown and during this time on more than one occasion, the security guard was not at the gate to open for people who had to come into the offices. On one specific occasion the guard was caught watching TV and not being at the gate. When we opened in middle January 2020, Eric was informed about this and we also gave them notice that we will not continue with the current contract we had. He was told that we would stop the contract effectively 1 February 2020. He asked if there was anything that he could do to change our mind, but we have decided that we don't want to continue with Securezza. Our payment terms with Orion was that we always paid upfront for guarding services which we had done every month. Our understanding thus was that Securezza was paid for until 31 January 2020. On Friday 17 January I received a phone call from Eric asking if we are still going to pay them at the end of January to which I replied that we will not be making payment as in our mind we have already paid for January. Eric told me then that he will have to pull away his guards, but that he will speak to his operations department and come back to me. I never received a phone call. When one of our employees came to the offices on Saturday, all the remotes that were used by the security guard had been left in the unlocked guard house and the warehouse doors were left open. The security guard was taken away without our knowledge. I phoned Eric again on Saturday to which his reply was that he will find out from his operations department and come back to me. Still no reply from him. Our company was thus put at risk with Securezza actions. We then realised on 22 January that some items were stolen from our premises on Friday night. After investigating and looking at security footage, we saw that it was the security guard who took the items. Eric was informed about this and his reply was that he can't work for free and that the best he can do is to help me open a case at the police station. It is our company's fault that Securezza was not paid the money by Orion which we paid for the contract when Securezza took over from Orion. It is very unprofessional for any company to just pull your security guards, without informing the company and then not to take any responsibility for theft by your own security guards. Please think twice and be careful when dealing with this company as clearly, they don't have their client's best interest at heart.
