Unbelievably bad service and incompetent
Don't waste your time with these people. I asked them Friday morning if they would be able to fix my garage door. They said yes in the afternoon, but they cannot give me a time. I phoned them 15:45 in the afternoon to ask for an eta. The person told me they phoned me and I did not answer, I said that is not true. Then when he read my number back to me it was incorrect and the reason it was incorrect is because he wrote it down incorrectly from caller ID. He said he takes full responsibility for his mistake but they will only be able to help me on Monday now. Even though they only close at 17:00 and it is 15:45. That is not taking responsibility, that is making a stupid mistake and telling your client, well now that is your problem. Now I took leave from work for no reason and now I must do it again Monday for these people. I see there are a lot better companies out there that are will to help. Hydro doors said they will come help me on Saturday. Will comment tomorrow if that was a success and if it is, I would highly recommend going to them first.

Amazing Team, Customers always come first
Mark and his team are amazing, customers always come first. They are punctual, always do an amazing job and very well priced for the level of service you get. We have used them for over three years now, never ever one come back on any job they have done for me.

Mark and his team are amazing, customers always come first. They are punctual, always do an amazing job and very well priced for the level of service you get. We have used them for over three years now, never ever one come back on any job they have done for me.

Bad customer Service, Over charging, no communication with client, Useless
I phoned Security express to look at my garage motor that is giving problems. First off all they charge me a call out fee just to go and have a look (motor under warrantee) and then they don't even arrive on time x2 for their appointments. They fixed the garage motor after 4 weeks of struggle and never told my Tenant to leave it on manual because there is something wrong with the doors and that needs fixing before he can use it again. Now the garage chain snapped!!! They don't want to go out again. Running away like cowards! DO NOT USE THEM. 2ND TIME NOW WITH BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND OVERCHARGING FROM THIS COMPANY :-(

Bad customer Service, Over charging, no communication with client, Useless
I phoned Security express to look at my garage motor that is giving problems. First off all they charge me a call out fee just to go and have a look (motor under warrantee) and then they don't even arrive on time x2 for their appointments. They fixed the garage motor after 4 weeks of struggle and never told my Tenant to leave it on manual because there is something wrong with the doors and that needs fixing before he can use it again. 6 Months in and nothing works
-Took twice as long as promised<br> -Put a 100% markup on RETAIL prices of equipment (when confronted he said he would amend, but we STILL got charged the original price)<br> -Some of the staff seemed confused with the task<br> -DID NOT put surge protectors on any of the equipment. During a Load Shedding period my DV board blew. (Mark replaced it (told me i was lucky he was doing me a favor) and then it blew again)<br> -Tried to charge me R650 for the call-out over a weekend when i had requested them come MANY days before.<br> -Got VERY irritated that I would only pay on demand, but only once he had fixed the issues, delivered on promised goods &
