As a small business cctv installer I bought a Dvr for my client from them online. first they send me the wrong Dvr. Asking them to send me a replacement. And collect the incorrect one as I have a client now angry at me. They first decide to collect the one dvr and then send the replacement afterwards creating a huge delay. my client canceled the job and now think I'm giving him the run around because of this company. Due to slow shipping and incompetency of this company I'm suffer now and gaining a bad reputation.This was the first and last time doing business with them. they are ok if you don't mind waiting for an item. I would not recommend them for a small business to supply customers.They will damage your reputation with there delays.

Ordered and fully payed stock 38days ago and after several requests and promises from them, I still haven't received my stock fully yet. Very sad

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at your Westville branch. On Friday, June 21, I purchased a brand new Centurion T10 motor, which I was very excited about. However, upon installation on Saturday, June 22, it was discovered that the batteries were faulty. I immediately contacted your Westville branch and spoke to a gentleman named Taufeeq. Despite explaining my situation, he informed me that I needed to take the motor to Centurion for resolution. I was taken aback by this response, as I had purchased the item from Security Hyperstore, not Centurion. Furthermore, I was promised that the issue would be resolved by getting the batteries replaced, but after 48 hours, I have yet to receive a response. I visited the head office and spoke with Clinton, who told me that I needed to book the motor in with Centurion for repairs. I was surprised and disappointed to learn that I had to go through this inconvenience despite purchasing a brand new unit from your store. Even though it was not my fault that the item was faulty, I still took the initiative to take it to Centurion for repairs. To my dismay, I found out that the batteries installed in the motor were from 2022, which means I was sold an old stock unit. This is unacceptable, and I feel like I have been cheated by your store. I urge you to take immediate action and rectify this situation. You cannot keep selling faulty and outdated products to your customers and then expect them to take care of the repairs themselves. It is your responsibility as a seller to provide quality products and excellent customer service. I hope you will take my feedback seriously and make the necessary changes to avoid such incidents in the future. I hope to see an improvement in your customer service and product quality.

Worst online company I have ever done business with. They sell Robohuard products online. Several mails and sms messages sent after I made purchase and items not dispatched after a week. No reply on several messages. Telephonically spoke to owner Darren Young on Friday 31 May 2024 who assured me the items would be dispatched. No tracking nrs received as yet. Do not do business with Securityhyper.

Security Hyper Store Arbour Crossing - the store manager, Feroz, has a terrible attitude!!! And no respect for customers, leave alone female customers. I took my remote to get the battery replaced (a remote that I purchased from this very store in December 2023). The battery was replaced, and when I got home, the remote refused to work. I called the store and Feroz answered. Absolutely rude and talking over me, not giving me a chance to explain. He said that the battery was tested in the store and it's corrosion that has taken place in the remote. Why would the store keep such poor quality remotes???? He wanted me to come immediately to the store, which I told him I cannot as I have kids coming from school. I have never dealt with such a blatantly rude and disrespectful person. He raised his voice at me - and spoke all the time, over me. Seems like he has more respect for the males that visits the stores, then the females. Disgusting behaviour and problem is still not solved!!
