Was excited to go away for the weekend. Booked See@Sea in Langebaan via booking.com and paid in full. Then get told they double booked and have to wait 14 days for a refund. No offer to help find an alternative. Called the owner, who asks why did I book via Booking.com - "they are useless" Owner tells me that the first booking was made end of July - sounds to me like she didnt notify Booking.com. Passes all the blame on Booking.com - throws them under the bus. Wow, is this how they treat their business partner? Why even have a partnership
