Poor germination and Customer service

I've bought passion fruit seeds from them on 3 occasions. Passion Fruit seeds are known to be difficult to germinate. I've germinated my own seed from my own plants and know it can be difficult. I've tried different techniques to get better germination success but only managed to get 2 varieties to germinate the first time around. I've sent them an email and got a response about two weeks later questioning the age, source and general viability of the seed. I rep**** more than a week later on that email and still I am waiting more than two weeks later for a response. Terrible service and what seems to be terrible customer service as well. I've spent thousands by them with very poor results and service.
