Carla Pretorius of Seeff Richardsbay made it possible within 24 hours
Applying for a property is sometimes stressful but with the aid of a good and helpful agent, Carla Pretorius, who made my application as easy as A,B,C, I managed to secure our new office space within 24 hours. I started engaging with her around 08h00 in the morning and by the end of business day, all paperwork were completed. Before authorizing payment for the lease, my boss asked, "how did you mange to secure the lease agreement is such a short space of time? You must be careful of ****mers out there". Yet he punched the green button. All thanks to Carla Pretorius and Seeff Richardsbay.

Seeff Properties in Richards Bay needs to learn about customer service
I would like to place on record the disgusting and inhumane manner in which I was treated by Sebenzile Mthethwa, who sold the flat that I reside in. She harassed me to move out just to conclude a sale and get commission. I am horrified by how disrespectful she is. I was basically treated like dirt. I will never ever deal with Seeff Properties and would never recommend anyone to them. You need to sharpen your skills on customer service. This is unacceptable.

Very unprofessional agency
Seef Richards Bay is a **** agency, i rented a property with them and the landlord failed to give me notice on time, they promised to get me a new place but they failed. The Agent Ntombenhle Xulu and Cameron promised but Cameron disappeared and not taking my calls. All i need from them is my deposit before i can move out on Saturday so that i can deposit the next flat. If you’re relocating from other provinces and looking for accommodation never use seef, they’re unprofessional, allow landlords to abuse tenants not to protect them.

Bad service and expensive rent
Good day I was informed by a plumber from Seef that he would arrive yesterday at 14h00, but didn't and did not bother calling. I don't appreciate my time being wasted especially with matters that concern you as a real estate agent. Please deal with this accordingly and note that I don't have a toilet to use for the past two months . Regards

Seeff Richards Bay is the worst agent one can ever use in this town.Big company with arrogant ****** management who deliberately renders a pathetic service to Africans. I have complained to numerous occasions about the rental agent but management ignored complains.I have sent emails to the agent about lease renewal & I was informed the tenant is renewing for the additional 6 months but the agent deliberately did not send documents as it is paid to do so. As the owner I have received the worst service by rental department after they begged me for business. Initially I did not want to give business to Seeff as I experienced prejudiced in the past as a tenant. They begged me to give them a second chance & now they have strategically exploited me once again. I am glad I am done with these *****sters and will never use them again and will definitely will not recommend them people.

Outstanding Above Average Professional Service
I have experienced the good fortune and pleasure of doing business with Seeff Richards Bay, specifically Colene Dina. She was extremely helpful and went out of her way to assist, she is friendly, very competent and an absolute pleasure do do business with. Seeff and Colene are both way above any local competition in the area, whom I have found are dishonest and incompetent. It is people like Colene who bring a good name to the Real Estate Industry and raise the standards to what it should be. Anyone wishing for competent, reliable and honest service should contact Seeff Richards Bay, you will be pleasantly surprised.
