Show some care for the neigborhood!
We are living next door to tenants of Seeff Randburg. Not only is the property completly lacking in maintenance, broken roof, damaged fence, mattress and car repairs lying in the back yard, there is an ongoing issue of back yard breeding taking place. Over the years this has been addressed on numerous occasions and it has now reached a matter of severe URGENCY. The dogs are getting loose onto the street and being a power breed, they are extremely aggressive and residents are having to fight them off. We have one again raised this concern with Seeff, and STILL waiting for action!! Have also yet to see Johann du Plooy (manager) reach out for this. Wondering if Seeff actually care about the neighborhood or just rent money.

Blatant Nepotism
Pathetic service all round from Anita Hefer. R1650 was taken off of my deposit, without chatting to me about it at all first. What needed to be fixed was minor chips in walls and cleaning. When I asked for a detailed invoice I got one with one or 2 line items - one of which was sweeping the garage...REALLY? My problem is that The contractor used was Anita's Partner, who is a handyman. This is blatant nepotism. He can just charge what ever he wants and she just deducts it from the tenants deposit because there is nothing we can do about it. Im not sure how Seeff Randburg can allow this. When i raised this with her she started ignoring me. I have just bought a property which I plan to Rent out in the Area and I will NOT be using Seeff Randburg. If Anita's actions are anything to go buy, they are a bunch of crooks.

Seef Randburg, Your Estate Agent from Hell
As this is a business that does not respond, I hope that my experience will help others from making a really unwise choice when using Seeff, in particular Seeff Randburg. We recently sold a sectional title property using Rowena Ridden from Seeff Randburg and I can honestly say that Rowena's behavior towards her clients is below disgusting. She from the very onset of the sale was extremely rude when eventually she found a buyer and we had to sign the OTP. Her excuse was that she had a difficult buyer and this meant that she felt obliged to trample on our rights as sellers ion a number of issues regarding the property. Furthermore, she misrepresented and blatantly lied about clauses she claimed were in the OTP which were omitted and subsequently caused a financial loss to us. When calling Rowena to complain she became aggressive and belligerent and refused to intervene for an error and omission she had made - her response was, yes I lied, but there is nothing I can or will do about it, you must deal with it. On sending my complaint to the sales manager, there was absolutely zero response, I have escalated my complaint to the chairman of Seeff, but I also do not expect a response.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE... DONT TRUST THEM
I paid a deposit of R14761.50 for a 2 bedrooms flats 2 years ago. the agent promised me that the house will be prepare before i move in. In my surprise, the tenant who was renting there, didn't want to move out. the previous tenant were still there when we moved in. a breach of contract already. the inspection was not done properly, the house was not fixed as they promised, saying that it was the landlord responsibility. i was left for a week in a house with no keys. bugs everywhere that bites us, a dirty house which i paid someone to come over to clean. Now that i want to move out, they are accusing me and helding me responsible for everything, threatening me that they will not give my deposit back until i have the house fixed. they dont want even to listen to me, saying that there is no proof. they were so nice to me when they wanted me to pay my deposit, that night when i move in while the other tenant was there, they were busy saying that they are sorry now they are shouting at me. Now i know why the previous tenant didn't want to move out. Where on earth does this happen, i will not advise to deal with this agency who doesn't have any consideration, respect for people. they bully you, talk to you as your are a child, unprofessional, liars, empty promises. A very terrible, horrible experience. I am left frustrated, angry. I WANT MY HARD EARNED MONEY BACK PLEASE PLEASE DON'T TRUST THEM, DON'T DEAL WITH THEM, YOU WILL LEFT DECEIVE

Horrible Experience!!
Worst experience received from "Lifetime Achiever Agents" at Seeff Randburg. Unprofessional and rude, causing unnecessary stress during what is supposed to be an exciting experience, and causing financial loss to both the sellers and the buyers because of unfulfilled promises by the agent. After a couple of emails to the sales director, we are yet to receive any response. Probably the worst customer service I have experienced from a company in any industry that I have dealt with!

SEEF RENTALS RANDBURG SHOULD NOT BE TRUSTED
Poor customer service , unprofessional, cannot deal with matters , tries to make the tenant do all the dirty work while they sit back and relax all they can say is the matter has been handed over No feedback regarding deposit , they just ignore the fact that they owe you money and pocket it they must not be trusted

REFUSING TO PAY BACK DEPOSIT
taking peoples deposit stating that the owner refuses you to pay us who did we deal with yu or the owner? After the most inconveniencing 7 months all because of seefs we had to move out because procedures were not followed now you refuse to pay us back what is due to us? unprofessional
