Sefako Makgatho Nursing Applications not processed

I applied for my younger sister for Nursing Degree but i didnt get any response. The list came out lastweek with initials, surname and student number. We deposited R4500 for registration to Sefako Makgatho account . On Wednesday 16 Jan 2019 she went to register. When she got there, she was told that she's not accepted. The initials and surname on the list is the same as hers. Now she's depressed and Sefako Makgatho will only refund us month ending. We need the money to go and try other Varsities.
