Waiting for braces

My journey started when i was 5 years old to try and get braces,we will get a call from the hospital to come for a follow up and my mom used to take leave everytime we get a call to take me there and eveytime we go they will just wash my teeth and take measurements for braces,that process will happen every year,until my gums couldn't take it anymore because of those brushes,i told my mom that im tired of doing the same thing over and over again every year then we stopped going after 5 years of washing teeth,recently 4 years ago me and my brother started the journey again hoping that things have now changed,atleast way back we would get a call back to come,this time around me and my brother are still on the waiting list even today,and when you try to call and do a follow up the phone will ring the whole day without any answer or they will pick and forward ur call from pillar to post or even put ur call to the hospital side,im a mother of 3 now and i really need braces from a very young age my self esteem has been very low,and i can now even see with my brother that this thing is affecting his self esteem that is why we both decided to give it a try,but ever since we open our files there,no call no email,to atleast let us know if we will be given a change to do braces or we can just give up and our files to be up in the dustbins.
