I canโt believe the lies an empty promises these agents are doing they donโt do wat they must do iam at the brik of closing my business because of sefa due to covid a lot as not been too smooth but I gave them my plan an applied 3 times coz they end up letting me do wat is instructed bottom line is that as a South African I am disappointed donโt say u will support then u donโt or u employ staff that is not for the ppl but for themselves this is in every sector of government why even bother to lie man rather donโt give us hope instead to get this kind of service

4 Month Later and Still no Capital Top Up.
It's been 4 full months since I've been waiting for my capital top up after I've received my equipment from Sefa. Also they took up to 8 months to process my application. A week ago I tried making contact with the Lady helping with my application but she never responded. I call no response and the most said part is This organization claims to want to help SMME's and still expect them to pay the loan agreement on time after they dragged their process. It's days before I have to start paying the loan and no one is able to assist me. They claimed to be investigating why they haven't toped me up with capital and now they went all silence and no where to be found. I want to keep the new staff members employed but I'm afraid it's time I let them go. Tge numbers of unemployment in South Africa rise daily because of organizations like Sefa for not being transparent with applications.

Bad service and feedback from SEFA.
Extremely poor service. Never answering phones, and bad communication. I applied for a business loan 22 months ago on a very good business plan, but the results are seriously bad. I have not been declined, they just don't do the work.

Bad Business Ethics
We have experienced disgusting service from this company. Our company did work at a supermarket whereby a loan was applied for by the supermarket from Sefa. We should have received payment on the 31st August 2020. We are still waiting with ridiculous excuses and constantly ignoring emails and telephone calls. We have been shunted around for the whole of September with pathetic excuses. Very bad business ethics. We certainly will never recommend Sefa to anyone of our Business associates.
