Worse than any Government Department - Disappointed after being a member for years

I was with selfmed for 8 years. Experienced the same issues a many of the complaints below. Ended up with an ER bill from December last year as I had nobody to phone for authorisation. Do not try and join the new Compcare / Selfmed scheme. It's a losing battle to get information, application forms, pray you not on chronic medication, or have to phone in with a query.
