BAD service and Lies about rules of termiantion
These people do not even deserve a 1 star. They lie and give *****ulent detail. i wanted my contract cancelled 10 mins after i received the phones. the 1 heated up in 10 minutes and the other, i have not even opened. Now i need to fight to get the contract closed but the sales consultant said 14 days to terminate. Now they are saying it takes 30 days and its been two days but no collection. Apparently, the open phone needs to go to OBF. So even though i said cancel, they still do not want.

Harassment Sell Direct Marketing on behalf of Telkom
This company does not care about harassing people. They have phoned me numerous times about upgrading my wife' contract and each time I tell not to phone me again, and to delete my number. It never happens and they even phone the next day again. I want the CEO to phone me and explain why I should not proceed with a case of harassment at the police station. Herman Pretorius

This company does not care about harassing people. They have phoned me numerous times about upgrading my wife' contract and each time I tell not to phone me again, and to delete my number. Highly disappointed and frustrated
Firstly after making it clear that I don't want to a new contract and while not in the right frame of mind I get put into new a 2 year contract. When I saw i was put into a new contract I also saw the R600 airtime I had was gone. They said it was an extension of my existing contract however it wasn't as i was on a top up and then got put onto a normal contract.. so new. Contacted them about my missing airtime I was told I would get a call back.. a week later I call again and speak to Zandelee who reassured me I wasn't supposed to lose airtime and she would airtime it out. They couldn't access my information due to system issues so I emailed her the same day to prove what had been loaded and used before I lost my airtime. They also granted me a contract without asking about my employment and I have just been retrenched. When I called on the 19th December I was told that Zandelee had gone on leave and would only be back in January and no one else can deal with it. I still have not heard any feedback and am still missing my R600 airtime. Worst experience ever!

Terrible company
Sell direct are ****mers and they allow their staff to be as well as a ex employee I can tell u right now they do not handle ur personal information with care they let their staff take pictures of id numbers and banking details

Sell direct should directly go to hell
I decline the same offers constantly everyday and still recieve calls of the same declined offer sometimes the same day. I have asked nicely to stop calling me and the agents rudly just cuts the call. These poeple can burn in hell for all i care. They must be the worst kind of people personally... and im not surpriced to read how toxic the work enviroment is on hellopeter. Report this company at DMASA please since they are registered there and still keep on calling everyday despite being registered for no soliciting at DMASA. Sell Direct **** YOU!!! I TRIED NICELY TO EXPLAIN I DONT ****ING NEED 40GIGS DATA EXTRA!!!! AND YET ALL YOU CAN THINK OF IN WHATEVER BRAINS THERE ARE AT YOUR PATHETIC COMPANY IS TO CALL ME AGAIN SOMETIMES LATER THE SAME ****ING DAY WITH THE EXACT SAME ****ING OFFER!!!! You need to stop harassing me! This has been going on for about 2 months now. When I was interested in renewing my contract, your agent didn't follow up as promised so I moved on. Now they call me every day and I've asked them to remove my number. STOP CALLING ME!!!!!!!!!! I'm not surprised by all your negative reviews.
