Capitec issues

I have problem with Capitec I bought machine since am selling many different things so some customers don't have cash now the put on hold my machine and the money as well wat hell is that I used my money to buy that machine worce they never explain anything when I bought machine now I have to wait for them taking forever my name is Thulisile Njilo id ***
