How to deal with such entity?

Hellopeter pls help, I'm Joshua staying at Kamagugu, Nelspruit. It's been 3 weeks since Sembcorp messed up my paving because their water pipe busted in front of my gate, dey came and fixed their pipe nd promise to come the next day to fix my paving but since then they never came nd everytime I call or went to their offices, they always have new stories. It's a struggle to get inside my yard with a car and I'm tired talking to them
