Lack of support and communication
I created a Senetic account from their South African website; the .co.za one. This is noteworthy because when it came to selecting a delivery address the only country missing was South Africa (or the Republic of South Africa). Neither were in the list or at the top of the list of selectable countries. Curiously the Republic of South Sudan is a selectable option. I'm not how widely recognised the South Sudan is? Regardless that's not the reason for the one star review. Once I'd created my account I had no option to change or add a new delivery address. Which leaves me with my South African shipments going to South Sudan. Not somewhere I'm willing to go to collect them. Still not great but still not a one star review. Where things went wrong is I've tried contacting Senetic to have my delivery address updated and have had no response in more than a week. If this is the level of client support for a simple address change then I worry about anything more serious going wrong. It's also worth noting - and I only discovered this after creating my account - that their advertised prices do not include shipping or taxes and once those have been added then their prices are not competitive.

I ordered networking hardware from Senetic. I must say I was first skeptical because their prices were just super reasonable compared to local prices and they are based overseas. But I placed my order nonetheless and My hardware equipment arrived in Pretoria as per estimated date. The only reason I am not giving them 5 star is just because here and there email communication was a bit poor and I thought I was being ignored and I would lose my money. I received the hardware my order was well over R40k. My order was even spilt into 2deliveries as some items they had stock and I needed it urgently, so they assisted with delivering what's in stock and later on I got the outstanding stock.

Stay away!!! They take your money but don't have stock & don't deliver!!!
Paid for 2 devices but only 1 was delivered, I've been in contact with them since Oct 2021, they promised to deliver the 2nd item in Jan 2022.... it's now Sep 2022 and still nothing. Bunch of unethical crooks!!!!

Excellent pricing. Their warehouse is not in SA but that was not a problem at all. This was actually an advantage as the product I order was out of stock with most major suppliers in SA. 3 business days after placing my order I received it. They invoice you in rands in SA and they deal with customs. Will definitely order from them again.
