I placed an order of over R600 on the 12th Oct 2024 and I am still waiting on my delivery. I have emailed, WhatsApp, I left messages on their website and I even messaged on Messenger on Facebook and I am still waiting! The response I got was "that this order has been sent but you did not give your phone number that's the reason for no delivery" so why sent the order out if you knew that was going to be a problem! W...

I have placed my order on the 6th of September. Today is 19 November and still nothing received. Order amount was over R900. I have left numerous messages via whatsapp, just to be blocked and on their website, with no response from them. How can people do this to other people? You spend your hard earned money on a small local business, just to be be ****med. This is so dissappointing. Please people, do not support this company.

**** company. this is a ***** company. they hav a website selling perfumes for R99. they wil make u make payment and the ignore u or block u when u query abt your order. its being 15 days and i have Not received my order or a tracking number. i hope they get caught out for they deceiving ways. how does fb allow them to stil b in business yet they are ****ming innocent ppl. i hav even reporterd the page but fb sees nothing wrong. they even hav a legit website but its all lies. they wil never deliver your perfume.

I like that I can get my perfume quick
I like that I can get my perfume quick, but don't like that there is not better discounts for return customers. I pay the same price whether I am a newbie or a full time return customer.

I like that I can get my perfume quick, but don't like that there is not better discounts for return customers. I pay the same price whether I am a newbie or a full time return customer.

Source hard to find fragrances
Time and time again Sensual Fragrances sources hard to find colognes and ships in SA. Ordered yesterday and they're already on the way to me, each order is packed well and arrives intact. Will order from them again

Sensual Fragrances is a **** online shop
I recently ordered a cologne on the online store and have note received any response on delivery. The listed whats app number is not working, I presume this is a **** company. My advice to other individuals who have a similar experience is to firstly report all ad on social media platforms seen as they are still active and paying for ads. Secondly to go on the Paystack Website and report the debit on their account make sure you have a screenshot of the receipt from Paystack handy. All funds will be refunded, i have done all this and I currently awaiting feedback. Thank you.
